HOSTing new ARrivals
1.
If you are looking to offer accommodation for newly arrived Ukrainians, the first step is to sign up to the government scheme:
2.
A lot of people are coming to us to be matched with those displaced & in need of accommodation.
At the current time, we consider the best available resource to be the Homes For Ukraine scheme, set up by Reset UK.

Donating, Fundraising, Volunteering
Donating direct
The Association of Ukrainians in Great Britain (AUGB) in partnership with other Ukrainian organisations and churches in Great Britain have created the Help Ukraine Emergency Appeal.
You can learn more about the organisations and how your donation will be utilized by following this link or clicking here.
Donate through us
We are not a registered charity but if you'd prefer to make donations through us, we are happy to accept. In this every-changing situation, we are sending donations to the campaign mentioned above but this may change, including possibly to support newly arrived Ukrainians in our local area.
Fundraising
We have been contacted by a number of individuals and organisations who are raising funds. If you wish for us to assist with your campaign in any way - be it promotion, attendance, to allocate funds or otherwise - do not hesitate to contact us.
Note that whilst we'd like to be a physical presence for all campaigns, we are a small team and simply cannot make promises.
Volunteering
If you are looking to volunteer your time with us, please get in touch with your information and we will get back to you should we need your help. We thank everyone who has offered so far!
Aid Donations
Please note that we are no longer accepting aid donations at the Ukrainian Centre. Should that change in future, we will update here and on our Facebook page. Otherwise, should we know of a suitable long-term option, we will also advise.
We do thank everybody who gave so generously their goods, time or other services during our last donation drive. You can see more details on how this went below.
Thanks!
We can't thank the community of Doncaster and beyond enough for coming out in their droves this weekend; be it to donate, volunteer, fund-raise or lend a hand in countless ways.
Special thanks must go to John McArthur and his team, without whose logistics and transportation, it would not have been possible. You're doing a terrific job.
Everyone else who helped in their way, we will thank you properly in time but for now just know that it was very much appreciated.
A grand total of 704 BOXES were sent out to Ukraine and Eastern Europe! With a further £3151.35 raised in cash for the Help Ukraine appeal.
